Q: What is included with my personalized multivitamin order?
A: Your order includes a 28-day (4-week) supply of vitamins packaged in individual packets. The vitamins are in the form of “easy to swallow” tablets. It also includes a personalized formula explanation and supplement facts.
Q: Why is True Fit better for me than taking a generic multivitamin?
A: True Fit is superior because we use the highest quality ingredients and give you a formula that has been scientifically developed for you. A generic multivitamin does not give you the proper amounts of all vitamins and minerals because it does not take into account your individual needs.
The formula that we develop for you is based on the information you submit in the Personal Profile, which takes into account your age, gender, diet, activity level and lifestyle. This data is compiled and run through a sophisticated algorithm that was developed by industry renown experts in nutritional science. By giving you a formula that fits your needs, you get more of the proper ingredients which leads to better health.
Q: How is my True Fit Vitamins product made?
A: To make your product, the process begins with an assessment of your individual needs based on the answers you submit in the personal profile. Based on this information, our experts in nutritional science develop a formula tailored to meet your needs. Your formula is blended and pressed into “easy to swallow” tablets at a state-of-the-art laboratory with highly sophisticated equipment. We then package your personalized multivitamin formula into (28) individual packets and place them into a carton. We deliver this fresh directly to your door automatically every 4-weeks.
Q: How do I know that I am getting a quality product?
A: First, if you are unsatisfied for whatever reason, we offer a 100% refund guarantee on the first order (see Refund Policy.) However, our commitment to you is that we will use the finest raw materials, selected from leading manufacturers. Your product will be manufactured according industry Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). We also perform vitamin assays to help guarantee product quality and potency. Last, there will be experienced quality control personnel overseeing every step of production so that we deliver to you the highest quality product possible.
Q: How long does it take to see results?

A: Yes, all of the True Fit formulas are made in dosage levels that are safe but effective at the same time.
Q: Should I take True Fit Vitamins if I have a medical condition and/or ailment?
A: We recommend that you ask a doctor if you have a medical condition and/or ailment prior to using True Fit Vitamins.
Q: Are there any allergens in True Fit products?
A: Yes. Some formulas may contain ingredients derived from Soy and/or Shellfish. Please refer to the Supplement Facts panel on each formula for more information.
Q: Should I take True Fit Vitamins if I am pregnant or lactating?
A: We do not recommend our supplement program if you are pregnant or lactating. In any case, we recommend that you consult a doctor before beginning any supplement program.
Q: Should I take vitamins if I am on a diet?
A: If you are on a diet, it is even more reason to take vitamins. Diets tend to deplete your body of essential vitamins and minerals. Taking a supplement while dieting is essential to maintain proper health.
Q: Should I take True Fit Vitamins if I am under 18 years of age?
A: We do not recommend that you take True Fit Vitamins if you are under age 18. In the future, we intend to offer personalized formulas for children and adolescents.
Q: Can I experience adverse side-effects with my True Fit Vitamins formula?
A: You shouldn't experience any adverse side-effects. If you do happen to experience any adverse side-effects, stop taking the supplement immediately and consult a medical professional. In any event, we recommend that you consult a physician before starting any supplement program.
Q: Can I take True Fit Vitamins with other supplements?
A: Yes. True Fit Vitamins is not intended to be everything that you could possibly consume. Rather, by giving you a personalized multivitamin, it is intended to help you move towards optimal health. We recommend that if you are consuming multiple supplements, you speak with a doctor beforehand.

Q: What payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Q: How long does it take to receive my True Fit Vitamins?
A: Your personalized True Fit program is generally processed and shipped within (24) hours of the order being placed. Orders placed over a weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and therefore you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 days.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped within California (7.75%). There is no sales tax on orders outside of California.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Currently we only ship within the U.S. and its territories.
Q: How do I re-order?
A: With our convenient auto-ship program, you will automatically receive a new carton every 28 days (unless you cancel or delay your next shipment), so you don't need to worry about re-ordering!
Q: How do I update my shipping address, billing address and payment info?
A: Simply log into “My True Fit” and enter your email address and password. Click on the particular task that you need to update and click submit. It’s that easy!
Q: Can I delay my next shipment?
A: Yes! You may find there are times where you have forgotten to take your multivitamin and need to delay your next shipment. Simply login to “My True Fit”, click “Change My Shipment Date” and choose your desired next ship date.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: 100% guarantee. True Fit Vitamins believes that you will be satisfied with your purchase and will enjoy your personalized multivitamin formula. However, if you are unsatisfied with your first order, you may return the product within 4-weeks (28 days) of the product ship date and receive a 100% refund (less shipping and handling). We offer a full refund on future orders if there is a defect that is our fault. Please note, refunds are not valid with free trial offers or products purchased at a discount.
To return your product, login to the “My True Fit” web page. Click “Returns”, and then generate a Return Authorization Number. Send any unused product along with the Return Authorization Number back to the address given in the “Returns” section. When we receive the product, we will verify the return and credit your credit card.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription to True Fit Vitamins?
A: You may cancel your subscription at anytime. Simply login to “My True Fit” and select “Cancel.” Please note that we ship to you every 28 days. After your first order (which may be returned for a 100% refund), we cannot be responsible if you cancel your subscription after a product has been shipped to you.
If you have fallen behind in your program, you can also delay the date of the next shipment by logging into “My True Fit” and selecting “Change My Shipment Date.”
